Oy Botta Ab Ravintolayhtiö is owned by the student nations Vasa Nation, Etelä-Pohjalainen Osakunta and Pohjois-Pohjalainen Osakunta of the University of Helsinki. The building has housed a restaurant since it was built in 1912.
Restaurant Ostrobotnia a.k.a. Manala has been in the building since 1985. Manala is a restaurant for good food, and its kitchen is open until the early hours of the morning. On Fridays and Saturdays Manala hosts Night Dances from 11 pm to 4 am. On Fridays the crowd is entertained by a live orchestra and on Saturdays DJ’s play dancing music.
St. Urho's Pub operates in the same building and also belongs to Oy Botta Ab. Beer house “Urkki” has been a meeting point for beer lovers for over two decades. St. Urho’s Pub is a member of the Good Beer Restaurants organisation (Hyvät Olutravintolat ry.).
The Banquet Floor of the Ostrobotnia is a popular venue for festivities. It has eight spaces for rent and they are all available for meetings, negotiations, cocktail events, weddings and other events. Catering will be handled by Oy Botta Ab.
